PROCURING ENTITY: THE PRESBYTERIAN UNIVERSITY OF EAST AFRICA

CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION:
TENDER DOCUMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES.

1. The Presbyterian University of East Africa is a fully fledged Chartered Private
   University located in Kikuyu, Kiambu County. The University invites sealed tenders
   for the provision of Catering Services i.e. Provision of the Catering Services.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized
   specification document that can be obtained from the Procurement Office during
   working hours (8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday). Tendering is open to all
   qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Tenderers to submit hard copies to the Procurement Office during working hours
   or to submit through.
4. Tenderers who cannot deliver in hard copies may send through the email;
   procurement@puea.ac.ke
5. The University reserves the right to reject any bidder without giving reason(s).
6. Opening Date: 29^th June 2026 at 8.00 am
7. Closing Date: 10^th July 2026 at 5.00 pm
8. Late submission will be rejected.
