Call for expression of interest (EOI) for the fabrication of PUEA logo.

CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF THE PRESBYTERIAN UNIVERSITY OF EAST AFRICA (PUEA) LOGO AND MACE
The Presbyterian University of East Africa (PUEA) is an institution of higher learning offering transformative university education based on Christian values.
PUEA is seeking expression of interest from qualified firms/companies to design and fabricate the:

1. PUEA LOGO
2. PUEA MACE

The qualified firms will be shortlisted by a committee of The Presbyterian University of East Africa and thereafter work on the design work with the committee.
To apply, please send an email to the Vice Chancellor via vc@puea.ac.ke and include the following:

1. Your updated Curriculum Vitae
2. Company profile
3. Certificate of Incorporation, KRA certificate and a business / practising license
4. Folio of existing work in particular Logo and Mace designs.
5. Draft sketch of PUEA logo and mace. The sketches can be provided in a variety of digital formats.

Applications will close by Friday 5th June 2020.
The successful designs must be ready to hand over all copyrights to PUEA.

All copyright in the designs belong to the designers. The successful designer agrees to grant The Presbyterian University of East Africa (PUEA) the permission (in the form of an exclusive licence) to use, adapt, edit, reproduce and publish any artworks for development and implementation of PUEA’s branding and marketing efforts. Such permission also extends to any moral rights in the designs.

Note that the University is not obliged to accept the lowest or highest bidder without giving reasons.
