  1. Visit puea.ac.ke and click on Online Application Portal on Top Bar Menu.
  2. Enter Your KCSE index number and security stamp (if you are a KUCCPS placed student) eg 12913674581/2024
  3. To apply for financial support, please submit your application through https://portal.hef.co.ke/auth/signin

Welcome to the Presbyterian University. Please find the following important information to assist you in preparing to join the Presbyterian University:

  1. Ensure you have downloaded your admission letter (onlineapp.puea.ac.ke:881) before joining the university.
  2. The Academic Year 2024/2025 will commence on Tuesday 10th September 2024 for all First Years
  3. The Orientation week will be from 12th Thursday to 18th Wednesday September 2024.
  4. All students are expected to meet their fees before their admission to the University (60% before enrolment)
  5. Those who have received Transfer letters from KUCCPS should scan and email the scanned copies to admissions@puea.ac.ke. The successful applicants will be issued with Admission letters.
  6. Our students are eligible for HELB Loans and Bursary to assist with your educational expenses. If you need financial support, you MUST make an application to Helb for consideration through the official link: https://portal.hef.co.ke/auth/signin
Documents Required for Application & Registration
  1. Two (2) current passport size photos. Passport photo – a clear passport sized photo is required(accepted types: jpeg,png,jpg)
  2. Original and a photocopy of National Identity Card or Birth Certificate or Passport.
  3. Original and a photocopy of KCPE Certificate or Result Slip.
  4. Original and a photocopy of KCSE Certificate or Result Slip.
  5. Original and a photocopy of Certificate and Academic Transcripts if you have completed
    another course.
  6. Photocopy of your parent’s or guardian’s National Identity Card.
  7. A duly completed and signed Medical Examination Form by an accredited hospital.
  8. A duly signed Reference Letter from either: Religious Leader, Former Secondary School
    Teacher, Employer or somebody who knows you personally but not related to you.
